Every Rite of passage has three traditional stages
Our circle of women have joined together to offer you, our sister the BLOOD RITES CAMP. This campout is curated to provide you with the stages necessary to shift your life. |
The campout will take place on our friend Liz Migliorelli’s (sisterspinster.net) 80 forested Acres off the coast of Northern California. You'll have four nights to sleep under the stars and away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. You'll have the first night to set up, meet and greet and ground in.
We'll spend May 25th the day of the new moon together in ritual. Preparing ourselves for the evening's ceremony.
Adey (Oracle88.com) is a conduit of energy. Her ability to tune into frequency allows her to harness the energy of a crowd of people and transmute it through her body. She has spent a lifetime cultivating this skill through music. Her tools of choice are her voice and the piano.
Adey will start your initiation process by taking you and an intimate group of 22 women through a musical journey. Her aim will be to shake you loose, stir you up and invite you to look deeper into yourself.
With the insight you've obtained during the musical journey you'll be led in ceremony to Moonlodge, led by Tatiana (FlorentinaCraft.com). With over 10 years of experience leading Moonlodge and 7 years as a practicing herbalist plus a lifetime of being a bruja you'll be safely held in Moonlodge by Tatiana.
Moonlodge is a gathering of women who've come together to celebrate being women. Women traditionally came together when they bled. They listened to each other and shared memories from the past and visions of the coming moon cycle. You'll be led through a remembrance of that time. On a foundation of ritual you'll experience the sisterhood of Moonlodge and the clarity of purpose that is brought when given space to be witnessed.
May 26 & 27, the next two days are curated with experiential learning while you're outside in nature.
list of classes & educators
You'll have healthy organic meals made by chef Christina Sachs (creator of the Wholehearted Chef and daughter of the Ayurvedic duo Melanie and Robert Sachs). Her background in art inspires a deliberate, delicious and beautiful food mandala.
During key moments you'll be photographed by Zen Cohen (zencohenprojects.com) gently witnessed by her professional lens and her artistic eye. Zen will capture moments of profound beauty to remind you of the heroine of your mythology—YOU and your bond in sisterhood.
