Terms
Health Consultations Agreements
A. Make a payment of $80-$195 due five (5) days before each session by Cash, Check, PayPal, or by Venmo.
B. Client will meet with or call Tatiana Almendral at agreed upon time and date for session.
C. Provide health updates, as requested by Tatiana Almendral, to assist Client in evaluating and measuring the Client's health and well being.
D. Provide five (5) days advance notice in the event Client must reschedule a meeting, otherwise client will be fully charged.
E. If Client fails to make payment to Tatiana Almendral pursuant to this Agreement, Tatiana Almendral shall be entitled to interrupt all its obligations under the terms of this Agreement until Client's account becomes current. If such an interruption occurs, Client shall not be absolved of the obligation to make payment to Tatiana Almendral pursuant to this Agreement.
F. You will be scheduled for 3 months (depending on your specific case), in person or by phone two (2) to four (4) times per month.
Initial session is an hour and a half, continuing sessions are an hour.
G. There are no refunds for sessions.

A. One on one classes and workshops are an hour long.
B. Your payment of $99.95 is due five (5) days before class begins by Cash, Check, PayPal, or by Venmo.
C. A list of materials is your responsibility to obtain before class begins, you may receive specific brands, links or material requirements which are guidelines for optimal learning.
D. Group classes and workshops are created case by case, please inquire with me personally with questions about group classes.
E. There are no refunds for classes.

Formualtions
A. No claims made about herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, nutritional, dietary recommendations are to treat or cure any medical condition.

Talisman
A. Each piece is handmade and is the intellectually property of Tatiana Almendral, you may not replicate them.
B. It is your responsibility to follow the suggestion of care to ensure the longevity of your talisman.
C. Because it is your responsibility to care for your talisman, no lost or stolen talisman will be replaced.
E. There are no refunds for talisman.
