Often Trauma is stored in emotional and cognitive memories and patterns.
Keeping us minding loop thinks and storied evidence of "this again?!"
and in whirlpools of overwhelm, drowning in "too much and not enough..."
Pathologies can become beliefs "to protect" self.

Let this be an invitation to ask yourself-
​What do I believe and where did these beliefs come from?
Are these beliefs contributing to my life?

Am I being my authentic full expression?

Let's get curious, keep curious.

My approach is direct, compassionate candor.  To unify objective/scientific (out there) and subjective/mental (in here) spheres with the artful language of emotions (bridging there and here) interplaying as y/our lived archetypal orchestra of selves; somatic re-membering.  Experiencing toward/existing as intersubjectivity, current happening now.

To sit in session with me is to consent to illuminating the darkest parts, the places right next to y/our brightest states of being. Where the shadow is the most dense and witness and eventually experience the honesty of the multitudes of self. Light refracting y/our rainbow mirrored in the dark. As an ever expansive kaleidoscope of all of it everywhere and as anything possible.  

Thereby multi-dimensionally unifying the many views of yo/u/s, the objective and subjective parts as an expression of art as consciousness in co-creation, whole illuminated states of interbeing.
