the wintering Bear climbs out of the deep dark slumbering cave
led by a powerful snout
Bear saunters along
mimicking a crocodile
wagging a heavy width of a tail
in the direction of a lacy leafed
spring green
with a strong vivid stalk
cousin to the head of a carrot or parsley
bright in aromatics
the dreamy Bear digs into moist earth
in reach for the invigorating,
clarifying
OSHA root
after enjoying Bears fill,
gripping the trunk of the strongest nearby tree
Bear voices out a Bear aaahhhOOOOoooooommmmm
and hacks the sludge of winter OUT
quenched by crystal clear spring melt
from the nearby summit
under which Bear dreamt
what now awakens in Spring

re-membered remedy to help Bear lungs:
cooling moistening immune modulating
great for softening thick hot sticky phlegm!
must be paired with a higher intake of liquids;
Plain water,
Mucilaginous tea; marshmallow root, slippery elm, licorice (though this herb raises blood pressure, take aware),
Warm soothing nervine teas; blue vervain (quiets a talkative mind), skullcap (neck head and shoulder tension releaser, chamomile (cools a moody gut), motherwort (bitter af, quiets heart palpitations)

Ease off of foods that thicken the phlegm; dairy (of all animals) gluten and sugar, save for fresh berries on occasion.
